Scott was born in 1970 in Oshawa Canada. He grew up on a rural
Ontario farm and was raised within a multi-generational family business flying bush planes. He has been exihibiting paintings since 1993 and has been internationally collected over the last decade. His work is connected with folk art as he paints about his life with an outsider perspective. His works are a collaboration with found materials he salvages from the streets and back alley ways. He now lives and works in Toronto.
